What is the weight capacity of your Pilates Reformers?
Our professional-grade reformers are engineered for stability and safety, supporting a maximum user weight of up to 350 lbs (158 kg).
Do you offer international shipping for large equipment?
Yes, we ship our mats, props, and reformers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
How do I maintain and clean my Flo Pilates mat?
To preserve the grip and hygiene of your mat, we recommend wiping it down after every session with a damp cloth and a mild, non-toxic detergent. Avoid direct sunlight during drying.
What is your return policy on fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened grip socks and used mats cannot be returned.
Does the equipment come with a warranty?
All Flo Pilates large equipment comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering structural frames and a 1-year warranty on smaller components like springs and ropes.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment's journey to your doorstep.
