At Flo Pilates, we want you to feel confident and supported in every movement, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all premium equipment and apparel. If your gear doesn't perfectly align with your practice, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original Flo Pilates eco-friendly packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
